How many cards fit into the Walter Wallet?
The Walter Wallet can store up to 7 cards, including one embossed card (e.g. a credit card with raised numbers and letters). If you use more than one embossed card, the maximum number of cards decreases. There is no minimum – the mechanism works with a single card.
It takes a lot of force to release my cards and push them back down. Is there something wrong?
A brand-new Walter Wallet can have a really tight fit on your cards. Don’t worry, it takes a little time for your Walter to get used to your cards. Just keep using it for a while, it should get smoother over time.
A slightly different sized card can give your Walter a hard time. If that’s the case, try experimenting with the order of your cards.
Some cards don’t hold?
The Walter Wallet is designed to hold standard plastic cards. Cards that are smaller, larger, bent or damaged may cause the Wallet to not function properly.
If the cards fall out when the wallet is tipped upside down, it is usually because the cards are not fully inside. You should hear a click when you push your cards all the way to the bottom of the wallet. Cards are still falling out? Return your wallet, something is wrong.
If your cards don’t stack properly, try pushing the cards all the way up before releasing them. If still not working, push the cards in and out a couple of times before releasing them. If still not working, try re-arranging the order of the cards.
Can it fit coins as well?
At the moment, the Walter Wallet doesn’t hold coins.
What is it made from?
Durable high-quality plastic.
Is the Walter Wallet produced in a socially responsible way?
Yes. They are manufactured in a clean, state of the ark factory with good labour conditions in the Netherlands. Moreover, the plastic used is fully recyclable.
